Consuming a scoop or two of whey between meals is arguably the fastest and simplest way to get rid of hunger, intake a good amount of protein and consume a negligible amount of calories. It’s the go to supplement for anyone, regardless of whether you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle.
If you find protein shakes too watery, try to mix a scoop of whey protein to a bowl of cottage cheese. Add some water to the mix so that it blends well. This will create a pudding like mixture which will have the same taste like the flavour of the whey protein used.
