Canned fish like tuna or sardines are another zero-sugar snack option. They’re full of omega-3 fatty acids which promote cardiovascular health and enhanced brain functioning. They’re also a great source of protein, with an average sized tuna can packing around 25 grams of protein.
Canned fish is not really expensive either, although I would recommend you do some research before buying to get decent quality, unless you already have a favorite brand.
