5. MC DONALDS – Egg White Delight McMuffin
This is a great breakfast item, that is much lower in calories and saturated fat than the regular Egg McMuffin. It’s not any smaller than other breakfast sandwiches, but it has less processed carbs, making it an ideal healthy concious choice.
You can also reduce the fat count further by asking for no cheese and margarine. The sandwich is still tasty, and the protein is there with the egg whites as its foundational ingredient.
6. BURGER KING – Tender Grill Chicken Sandwich
This is the healthiest chicken sandwich you will find. It’s got a good amount of protein, very little fat, and virtually zero processed carbs. The calorie count is also fairly low, especially if you are careful about the toppings, and avoid putting tons of mayo on it.
