9. KFC – Kentucky Grilled Chicken
The key here is grilled – not fried. They may need to update their branding if this takes off! This is one of the most reasonable healthy options that any fast food restaurant provides. It’s just grilled chicken without processed carbs or sodium. You do of course get some bread with it as well, but it’s not soaked in any unhealthy fats or salt, so you don’t have to worry about any extra calories.
